Terrible Shed
Look at this terrible shed. Or rather, the shed itself is okay, but this rendering of it is pretty bad.

Another digital painting, cursing the fatness of my finger tip. It’s like drawing with mittens on. I have a stylus around here somewhere, that I ought to dig up.
Freshly Hatched Peas
I had so much fun growing sugarsnap peas last year that I’ve decided to try garden peas this year! Here’s a batch I grew on the window sill for my Mum. She’ll be growing hers in a green house, but mine will have to muddle along in a window box outside!
Cherry Tomatoes
Borage; rhymes with Porridge
Or possibly rhymes with mirage? There seem to be mixed ideas about the pronunciation. Anyway, I grew some borage plants from seeds and planted it out, where it promptly took over everything in sight. My sister complained that it was blocking the light coming into the house, so I’ve had to cut it back.
Veggies
So, what have I been up to lately? Taking part in the miracle of life vegetables.
Haven’t quite got the hang of it yet though, only one turnip made it this year. Having better success with carrots though.
First Butterfly of Spring
Saw the first butterfly of the season in my tiny urban garden the other day. I was super chuffed. Hopefully it’ll come back when the cherry tomatoes are ready to be pollinated.
