This is a custom map I made as a surprise for my boyfriend on Valentine’s day. Click to see it full size, in all its glory!
The game itself is called The Battle for Wesnoth, a turn based strategy game. It’s free and has such beautifully pixeled units. On my map, each player starts out with a castle, and must recruit soldiers to attach the enemy king. You are blocked by a massive heart-shaped lava lake, and must either trek around the edges of it, or risk the narrow stone bridge to cut across it. Much blood-thirsty fun was had that day. :)

An old rhyme to help identify poisonous snakes. Funny that it should spring to mind as he first set eyes on his blind date for the evening. She was quite a looker, but he found himself hoping that she’d been de-fanged.
At some time, I’d love to set up an ecard site. This is an experimental romantic ecard, for practice, but I like how it came out. It’s pink and got a rose, soft and delicate.
